Sponsorships

SPONSOR REGISTRATION PROCESS – Sponsor registration will be part of the show registration process this year. There will no longer be a separate sponsor registration form.

Sponsors will receive PRIORITY CHECK-IN, FARM RECOGNITION by show announcer and a HYPERLINK to your Farm on the MIAF Website in addition to the benefits listed below.

Diamond Sponsor - $1,500

  • One (1) additional stall, which would total four (4) stalls1
  • No nose to nose contact with another farm's stalls.
  • Full page black and white ad in show book 2 
  • Three (3) free stalls
  • One (1) room for two nights at the host hotel (non-transferable)
  • Farm banner displayed in show ring (you supply)

Platinum Sponsor - $1,000

  • One (1) additional stall, which would total four (4) stalls1
  • No nose to nose contact with another farm's stalls.
  • Full page black and white ad in show book 2 
  • Two (2) free stalls
  • Farm banner displayed in show ring (you supply)
  • Farm recognition by show announcer

Gold Sponsor - $500

  • Half page black and white ad in show book2
  • One (1) free stall
  • Farm banner displayed in show ring (you supply)

Silver Sponsor - $250

  • Quarter page black and white ad in show book2
  • Two (2) free animal registrations

Bronze Sponsor - $125

  • Business card size black and white ad in show book2
  • One (1) free animal registration

 

1Show requirement of three animals maximum per stall and nine animals maximum per show still applies

Ads should be .jpg  (jpeg)files of the following  dimensions (w x h)

  • Full page ads should be portrait format  -    7 x 9 in
  • Half page ads - 7 x 4.5 in (landscape)  or 3.5 x 9 in (portrait)
  • Quarter page ads  -    3.5 x 4.5 in
  • Business card ads   -  2 x 3.5 in


Please meet the August 15, 2009 deadline. The MIAF organizing committee will not follow up on missing paperwork, payment, or show book ads. Items received after the deadline will compromise your registration and show book advertising  (if applicable).

Sponsors sharing stalls must share with exhibitors at the same sponsorship level. Otherwise stall placement will be based on the lower sponsorship level. Sponsors and non-sponsors cannot share stalls. Sponsor stall placement is based on sponsorship level and then on the date ALL paperwork (registration, ARI certificates, etc) and payment are received.
